This CASA Australia accredited e-learning training program ‘IATA DGR Initial Acceptance for Shippers & Forwarders incl. Class 7’ suits Shippers and Freight Forwarders.
The training program takes the learner on the journey of how to apply the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. After successful completion of the program, the learner will be issued with a certificate of competency that allows the learner to handle, pack, mark & label and document dangerous goods shipments for airfreight.
A copy of the current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations is required to participate with the training. The IATA DGR is needed to progress through unit knowledge checks as well as for the final assessment.

Duration: average duration of the ‘IATA DGR Initial Acceptance for Shippers & Forwarders incl. Class 7’ is approximately between 22 and 24 hours; for keeping momentum, it is advisable to have a maximum of 2 weeks to go through the training.
