THE INDOOR ‘CORROSIVE SUBSTANCE STORAGE CABINETS | METAL’ COMPLY WITH AS3780 “THE STORAGE AND HANDLING OF CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES”.
This range of cabinets is for the storage of Corrosive Substances in liquid or solid as classified by the United Nations criteria and the ADG Code for Dangerous Goods. These include chemicals such as: Acids, Alkalis, Caustics, Sodium Hydroxide Solution, Hypochlorite Solution etc.
Capacity: AS3780 specifies a maximum of 50kg or L for Packaging Group I Corrosive Substances and 250kg or L for Packaging Group II.
Note: 1. These cabinets are designed for the safe storage of corrosives in sealed and closed containers. Good housekeeping practices are essential to ensure long service life. 2. For all two door cabinets, the internal height is taken from top of sump sill/bottom shelf to the sequential chassis assembly. 3. For all single door cabinets, the internal height is taken from the top of the sump sill/bottom shelf to the ceiling. 4. For total external width measurement, add 6mm per vent bung for tight clearance locations.
