Per the 1st of January 2023 the Lithium Battery Mark UN3480 has been revised to remove the requirement for a telephone number to be provided on the mark (the lithium battery mark with the telephone number may be continued to be used until 31 December 2026). Check out our Blog Post.
The removal of the requirement for the telephone number makes it easier to supply you with pre-printed Lithium Battery Marks. UN3480 Lithium Battery Mark is pretty much ready for use, no need to find that permanent marker that always seem to disappear, or when you forget to write in the UN number all together causing a potential shipment rejection.
The UN3480 Lithium Battery Mark comes as a self-adhesive label, 500 UN3480 labels per roll. Dimensions (in mm): 100mm x 100mm as per requirement for dangerous goods transport for air, sea and road.
Lithium Battery Mark; to be used on shipments containing lithium batteries classified as section II and section IB lithium batteries for air freight, for lithium batteries under Special Provision 188 for sea freight (IMDG) and road freight (ADG Code).
