Why Choose This Environmentally Hazardous Substance Label?
Reliable labelling isn’t just about compliance—it’s about recognition and safety. This label helps ensure your shipment is handled correctly at every stage of the journey.
The function of the Marine Pollutant label is to communicate the hazard(s) that are contained within that package. The label(s) must be applied to the outside of the package and shall remain in place for (at least) the duration of the transport. The Marine Pollutant label shall be applied with an accompanying label, depending on the mode of transport. For sea freight this label will have to be applied where applicable, in combination with the hazard label(s) of the class(es)/division(s) shipped.
Compliant with airfreight and sea freight dangerous goods labelling requirements.
