Knowledge Database
The Multimodal Dangerous Goods Document (Australia: MO41) is a standardised form used for the safe transport of dangerous goods by sea, compliant with the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, SOLAS, and MARPOL regulations.
It serves as both a dangerous goods declaration and a container/vehicle packing certificate, detailing critical information such as shipper and consignee details, proper shipping names, UN numbers, class, packing group, and container specifics.
The MO41 ensures proper classification, packaging, labeling, and secure stowage of dangerous goods, reducing risks during maritime transport.
