The GHS for the classification and labelling of chemicals defines a flammable liquid as a liquid having a flash point of not more than 93°C.
Flammable Liquids with a Flash Point of ≤ 60°C are classifies as a Class 3 dangerous goods for transport purposes.
Flammable Liquids with a Flash Point > 60°C and ≤ 93°C are classified as Combustible Liquids.
