Australian Dangerous Goods Code – Edition 7.7
The latest edition of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code for road & rail that has been published is edition 7.7. It can be used from now on and will become mandatory from the 1st of October 2021 (please check with your local competent authority, for some States the commencement date could be later than the 1st of October 2020)
One of the changes in the 7.7 edition is changes to the way Limited Quantity dangerous goods are to be documented and notified to the main contractor.
These changes regarding shipments of limited quantities may have an effect on how you handle your limited quantity shipments for road and rail.
